Step 1

If you have a complaint, please email customer.services@24dogs.com. Our fully trained staff will make every effort to resolve the problem for you.

Step 2

If the matter could not be resolved, you would need to contact the Customer Services Manager who can be contacted using the email above, customer.services@24dogs.com. Please mark the email for the attention of The Manager.

Step 3

If you remain dissatisfield with the outcome of the Manager, you may refer the matter in writing to.

IBAS acts as an impartial adjudicator on transactional disputes that arise between betting/gaming operators and their customers.
